We have designed our harness bars to allow the fitment of wrap around safety harness’s , these harness bars are a must for any fast road/track day driver.
They attach simply to the seat belt towers so also act as a cabin brace giving increased chassis rigidity.
Made from 45mm CDS grade carbon steel, these bars are zinc primed and finally powder coated satin black giving maximum durability.
Fits all right and left hand drive Mk1, Mk2 & 2.5 models

Description
Fitting a harness bar / cabin brace is cheapest way to improve the suspension and handling.
All GCFabrications braces are made from high quality CDS steel (45mm diameter with a 2.5mm side wall) and finished in durable satin black powder coat.
These strut braces are a very popular tuning part for road use and an essential for track use, they are the cheapest way to improve the rigidity and handling of the car.
By strengthening the cabin, the suspension geometry is kept stable by reducing the movement of chassis, which increases road holding and reducing tyre wear.
